EVENT SUMMARY:Â
During this booking assignment, our teams will be conducting lead generation and sampling hemp confections/treats to attendees who are 21 years of age and older. All attendees must show their government-issued identification that shows they are 21 years of age or older BEFORE receiving a sample of the hemp freeze pop. Any attendee who samples and completes the lead generation form can receive one premium item in exchange for participating AND giving their feedback through the lead generation form.
Brand ambassadors may have to pick up event assets from the distribution center and transport it all to the activation location. Run the activation, teardown, and return all the event assets to the distribution center. This travel time is included in the shift time.
DISCLAIMER:Â This is an activation for a hemp brand. Those booked must be completely comfortable and sensitive to the hemp culture, its consumers, and its industry/market.Â

In accepting this position, you accept that state and local taxes will be NOT withheld in accordance with the state you are working in because this is a 1099 Independent Contractor assignment.
ATTIRE:Â You will be provided with a branded t-shirt. You must provide your own: dark jeans or dark jean shorts, white socks, and white shoes.Â
All independent contractors who haven’t worked with us will be required to complete the proper paperwork requested by the assigned deadline. Failure to do so may result in removal from the booking assignment.
Final event details will be emailed the week of the booking assignment.

All staff are required to:

Maintain a clean event space
Be able to work in inclement weather
Have the ability to maintain a flexible schedule
Have technical knowledge of iPads, cameras, photobooths
Have excellent communication and organizational skills
Own a cell phone with a camera and data availability
Have reliable transportation
Participate in all required training sessions and/or calls
Notify our activation management of any unsafe or hazardous conditions at the event
Notify our activation management of any unprofessional behavior of team members
POSITION: BRAND AMBASSADOR
RATE: $25/hr
Hours are an estimate based on show hours. These hours are subject to change. In the event of a schedule change, agreed-upon payment amounts may be adjusted.
Hourly contracts will always be paid as actual hours worked as documented by a sign-in and out on the timesheet with the event manager.
Late arrival to this booking assignment or failure to deliver services, for any reason, may result in removal from the assignment and will only be paid for hours worked.
Breaks are given for bookings that are 6+ hours and are announced by your team lead/event manager

RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to work independently.
Must be local or work as if local.
Must learn talking points about the brand.
Must be able to lift 40.
Must arrive on time.
Must be a vibrant, high energy and be a team player.
Tattoos are ok but must be approved or willing to cover/conceal any unapproved tattoos.
Only approved piercings are allowed.
Natural hair color only (even if the hair color is not your personal natural color).
Must come photo-ready. Tasteful makeup and groomed appearance.
Must be groomed and clean-shaven. For brand ambassadors who will be dressed as fairies, legs, and underarms are to be clean-shaved as well.
Must be able to stand and move around throughout the entire shift.
Deliver upbeat engagement with consumers while educating and promoting the assigned product.
Maintain a clean and healthy station.
Take event photos to submit to the Event Planner.
